Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery destination.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a resolution.
  • Lost Orders: If your order appears to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
