This policy explains how Meloni Noir, a brand operated by Safido LTD, handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for customer orders.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@meloninoir.com. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return instructions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be clean, unused, and in resellable condition with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom or personalised items and hygiene products (such as undergarments) are non-returnable once opened or used, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Meloni Noir covers return shipping and will provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Change of mind, wrong size, or personal reasons: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us: Email support@meloninoir.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Receive authorisation: Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the item: Securely package the item with all tags and original packaging and use a tracked shipping service.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If the exchange is due to a fault or incorrect item, Meloni Noir covers return shipping. For personal reasons, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of that notification. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. No restocking fees are applied.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@meloninoir.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
