Shipping Information

Where does Meloni Noir ship to?
We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

Are there any shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

What is the expected delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your order through the carrier's website (Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx) or via our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may modify or cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@meloninoir.com.


Returns and Refunds

How can I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please email support@meloninoir.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, Meloni Noir covers return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of that notification.

What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange a return, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

What happens if my refund is delayed?
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@meloninoir.com for further assistance.
